Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2008
SOOOO good! I bought 1 1oz package of pudding instead of 1 5oz package of pudding in error. I ended up using the 1 package of pudding plus about 1/2 cup powdered sugar. I also used my own spices: allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg and a little salt instead of pumpkin pie spice. Made this the night before. Everyone loved it! Wonder if this would work with Splenda.

Caramel Apple Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2007
SOOOO good! Super easy, ready to eat right after making or right out of the fridge! Great with apples, ginger snaps. I used new Kraft caramel bits 1st time about 1 1/4 bags, 2nd time, doubled the recipe and used about 2 fulls bags of caramel squares (minus the few we ate during unwrapping). The caramel bits melted easier. While melting the caramel squares with water, I slightlt browned the bottom of caramel in the pan. There was small darker brown bits in caramel, but no one even noticed, it tastes so good!

Not so good! Added twice as much Coke, still was very sour.

Teriyaki Marinade II

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2006
Great, easy recipe! I used vidalia onion instead. Everything else I used just as recipe calls for. Doubled the recipe and marinaded pork chops for about 1 hour. Then used remaining liquid and sauteed veggies in same mixture. Crowd pleaser!!! See my photo!

The Best Pavlova

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2006
This is a great recipe. Very easy. The advice about drawing the pie pan size on the parchment paper was easy. I used a pasty bag to pipe the meringue. I also added a dash of cream of tartar to stiffen egg whites. So pretty and fresh summer taste!

Chocolate Banana Bread

Very good and moist. One question, do you measure flour then sift or sift then measure? I made muffing, baked in about 1/2 the time as cake pan. Didn't rise up as much as I'd like. Maybe needed to use more flour? Will be making another batch soon! 2 yr old loved it!
