I am a single mom. If I had more time, I'd make wonderful meals everyday! Cooking and baking are luxuries to me! Desserts right now are my favorites. Also, I like cooking with wine. I would like to learn more about different wines and what foods they compliment. On the day Julia Child passed away, I bought her book, Baking with Julia. It's my favorite cookbook! Just recently made Dutch Babies or German pancakes. They are soooo good, fluffy oven baked pancakes topped with fresh squeezed lemon juice, melted butter and powdered sugar. I have a gluten intolerance, so I used GF flour and they still turned out good!
