Szechwan Shrimp
LOVED IT! I am never ordering out chinese again. Right amount of heat for me, but you might want to half it if you prefer something mild. Next time I will add veggies. Tasted so good with some brown rice. Yummy!

Cajun Shrimp Orecchiette
LOVED this recipe! We do add some mushrooms and some red pepper flakes as well. We love it hot! This is a much healthier option for us over the Cajun Chicken Pasta on this site that is made with cream. It's very tasty and I love the fresh spinach in this dish. Fantastic!

Cajun Chicken Pasta
Very tasty. I added the parmesan cheese at the end to the sauce to thicken it up as well. We only used green peppers and tossed in some crab as well. It was very good and it is a keeper in our house. My husband has already requested that I make it again.
