I graduated from Florida Southern College in Fall, 2004 with a B.A. in Communication. I am active in the alum chapter of Alpha Chi Omega. I work at a mortgage firm. My favorite restaurant is Sapporo (sushi bar). The thing I miss most about FL is the beach. My boyfriend and I have an Akita named Ginsu and she is our princess! I love cooking pasta dishes. I'm also really into Oriental food and love to experiment with different spices and sauces. Southern food!!! fried chicken, mashed potatoes, fried okra, sweet potatoes, yummm. I also love German food. I can remember my Grandma cooking spaetzle on the stove when I was a little girl, along with schnitzel and rindergulasch (beef goulash). I took my family recipe for meatballs to a potluck where 3 other people also brought meatballs! I was so proud at the end of the night when mine were gone and the others still had many left. Several people also came to me wanting to know what was in the sauce. Many girls also asked for the recipe. I baked my Christmas cookies on wax paper instead of parchment paper and they burned and set the smoke alarm off in the house.
