Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Marinated for 2 days (forgot I had it) and it was the best tenderloin we'd ever had! Even the kids ate it!

Cranberry Nut Bread I
Wasn't sure how this would come out as I used wheat flour and orange marmalade in place of juice/rind but it came out FABULOUS!

Chocolate Wave Zucchini Bread
My PICKY daughter gobbled this up! I cut the sugar to 1/2 cup and it was still terrific. Moist, sweet and really easy.
