I enjoy cooking and baking for friends and family. I love the outdoors and enjoy spreading the love of Christ through missions. I love cooking over baking, although I find myself baking quite a bit. I love making chicken marsala and some of my traditional family recipes. My favorite family cooking tradition is homemade spaghetti and meatballs. I love making the homemade pasta and having it dry in my kitchen. It is so fun to have a spaghetti dinner with lots of labor of love. I also love our Italian Christmas Eve food tradition which includes a lot of seafood and various pasta dishes. When I was in high school and was experimenting with recipes, I misunderstood a recipe and used sweetened condensed milk instead of evaporated milk. I'll never make that mistake again!
