Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

Awesome! My girlfiend especially liked it. Wouldn't change a thing. I used it as a dip for Southwest Egg Rolls and it was a huge hit. I plan on making it for other things. Thanks for this great recipe!

Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake

Excellent Cheesecake. The caramel does harden in the refrigerator which makes it difficult to cut. I might suggest not using the caramel, but melting some and pouring over the top when served. Either way... Delectible. Thanks for this recipe.
