Sorta Salisbury Steak
I have prepared this dish with both mashed potatoes and egg noodles and it was excellent either way. I did add some garlic and seasoned salt but only because I like the taste that evolves. I do most of the cooking and my wife and grand kids ask for it a lot.thanks nancy
