Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
We tried this tonight and it was great! I added sliced carrots and celery and one can of low sodium chicken broth and extra water for more gravy. I did not use the butter, I'm not sure why you would need it and it's healthier without. I also added flour mixed with hot water about 1/2 way through the cooking time. I used one can of Pilsbury 10 count biscuits, pressed them down and cut them in fours and cooked them almost one hour in the gravy. I spooned the gravy over the dumplings while they were cooking. Thank you for the wonderful recipe. My six-year old twins asked for seconds. Regrettably no leftovers!

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Best chicken Parmesan recipe I've ever used. My twins love this meal and ask for it weekly. Thank you for the wonderful food!

Melt in Your Mouth Marinade
Excellent marinade! We used this on a boneless pork loin. We did make a couple of changes. We only used 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce. We also added about 1/4 cup brown sugar and some rosemary. We let the pork loin marinade two days. Put it in a crockpot with potatoes and carrots and cooked it all day.It fell apart and had wonderful flavor. Thanks for the great recipe!
