Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Seafood Fettuccine
Awesome seafood fettuccine!!!! A total keeper! I loosely followed the recipe. I probably used more garlic!! I added cornstarch at the end to thicken up the sauce. Next time, I will definitely add mushroom. Plenty of flavor!! Nice, thank you for the recipe! A new favorite!

Chicken Tortilla Soup I
This soup is absolutely wonderful!!! I made mine with Tyson flash frozen chicken tenderloins, a whole serrano pepper minus the seeds, a can of green giant shoepeg corn, a can of black beans with the juice, I omitted the hominey (my husband thinks it's too dry). I used gebhart chili powder, a couple of dashes of tabasco, plus I added some comino (mexican sesoning). I used onion powder instead of real onions (my husband hates those too). Talk about deeeelicious. Add some regular corn Doritos and some shredded monterrey jack cheese! It's great!!! Hope this helps!
