Southwest-Style Egg Rolls
Yum. Great recipe as written, but can easily be modified with whatever meat you have on hand.

Ron's Grilled Shrimp
This recipe is a must for every shrimp lover. Don't skimp on using dried herbs, either. Definitely worth the work and $$$!!!

Sausage Scalloped Potatoes
Great dish. I made it for the first time and substituted green onion for the onion, and added in some shredded cheddar. Yummmmmm, too bad daddy ate Wendy's on the way home...........
