Really good, quick and easy. Next time we will follow some of the suggestions like fresh ginger and doubling the sauce.

Ethiopian Cabbage Dish
My family loved this recipe. The kid's didn't like the way it looked but loved the way it tasted. There were very little leftovers.

Brazilian Collards
I omitted the chicken stock and the wine vinegar. My husband doesn't like soupy collards. This recipe is very tasty and simple.
