I have been married now for 27 years, I have three Beautiful children. We ended up over the years saving (adopting 5 cats) who are all very wonderful.

Some of my favourite things to cook are Lasanga, Can not beat a grilled steak to perfection smoothered in sauted Onions and mushrooms. I als enjoy slow cooking

Probably this has to be a full out Roast beef dinner on Sunday

PHILLY Chicken Alfredo Pesto Pasta
We all enjoyed this one, I blended the milk,philly cheese,pesto and parmsian then added to the chicken
