Sea Bass Cuban Style
I followed the recipe exactly, but found the result quite bland. A dash of balsamic vinegar improved the sauce a bit, but I won't be making this again.

Lebanese-Style Red Lentil Soup
I have been looking for a traditional middle-eastern lentil soup for ages, and this one is PERFECT! I substituted veggie broth for the chicken broth to make the recipe vegetarian. 2 cups of red lentils worked well for me with 6 cups of broth.

Mushroom and Potato Chowder
Great Recipe! Very easy to make, and tasted wonderfull. We followed the instructions almost exactly. One pound of mushrooms looks like a lot when its sliced and uncooked, but its just right when ready to eat
