I make a living working on computers, particularly unix systems. Aside from that, I love to work with my hands in the garden, woodworking, building furniture, remodeling our house, cooking, and caring for my family. Quick and simple, or long, slow and complex, I don't much care, but I love trying new recipes. I tried making a tofu stir fry once. I don't know what I did wrong (probably several things), but, it had no flavor, so, I added more and more spices until I ended up with a salty nasty mess, called it quits and ordered a pizza.
