Fluffy Biscuits
Easier to make than you would expect and yummy! I used half butter and half shortening, as others suggested. I did notice a bitter after taste, but I think that's because I was a little too generous with the baking powder--figuring bigger is better.

Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana
Mmmmm. Had lots of kale from our summer CSA to use up and this was a hit. The kale shrinks quite a bit so it's a great way to use it, but do tear small so that it's not such a mess to get into your mouth. Big hit with my husband.
