Carrot Cake III
Followed the suggestions of apple sauce and brown sugar. Added some well drained zuchinni, raisins, sunflower seeds too. The daycare loved it!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Really, seriously good. I only made 1/2 the recipe and it covered a 9x13 no problem! Can't wait to make some cinnamon buns!

Alfredo Sauce
Yum. I added bacon, brocoli, frozen spinach and fresh cherry tomatoes with ravoli. Make sure to microplane the garlic so it infuses really well with no big chunks.
