I used this idea in conjunction with the cold veggie pizza recipe.I added mayonaise to the cream cheese and dip mix and used the veggies that would go on the pizza.It was a hit!Much better in the middle of summer to make the pinwheels instead of baking up a crust.Less messy as well.

Excellent!I followed the recipe as stated except that I added a can of diced tomatoes.Everyone in my family loved it with some warm homemade bread.

I get asked to make these ALL the time when camping or parties.Only difference I do is add a tsp.vanilla.Very yummy recipe and SO easy to make.
