About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Creamy soups in the winter! Especially butternut squah soup and cheesy potato soup.
My cooking tragedies
In all my years of cooking I don't think I've ever made garlic bread without burning it and setting off the smoke detector!!

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche
Love it!! Make this all the time with different veggies...currently using lots of garden zucchini with feta cheese, salt and pepper!

Bolognese Stuffed Bell Peppers
Great recipe! Just make sure you don't use regular smoked bacon, like I did the first time, as the smoked flavor is way too overpowering. Added sea salt and fresh ground pepper along with the red pepper flakes
