Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This was great! Kids loved it too. It even turned out without the parmesan in the sauce (food allergies)-- though with it was much better! The first time I tried this was with fresh tilapia. Liked it so much, I bought a bag of frozen individually-wrapped fillets. There was a huge difference in quality and flavor. Next time, I will only buy fresh.
