These are fantastic! However I changed a lot to make them a little healthier...NO ONE KNEW THE DIFFERENCE! You'll find that wheat bran and wheat germ have a similar texture to graham cracker crumbs, I only used 1/3 cup of graham crackers and topped the rest up with a mixture of wheat bran and wheat germ. 2 cups of sugar is wayy too much, I didn't even use a whole cup, as the peanut butter and chocolate are already sweet enough.

absolutely fantastic! I did however find that the mixture was too dry and crumbly and I couldnt form it into balls, but my eggs were rather small, so I added another! These baked really well, very hard to mess up this recipe!

This recipe was great! However I made many changes to make it healthier...instead of the full 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, i made it with 2/3 of a cup of graham cracker crumbs, 2/3 of wheat germ and 2/3 of wheat bran. I cut down the sugar to 1.3 cups, and I upped the peanut butter to 1.5 cups to make them more creamy and make up for the sugar cut. and added a bit of peanut butter to the chocolate. Delicious! Will definitly make again! My brother didnt even notice the changes!
