Shrimp Scampi Bake

My brother took one bite of this and his eyes lit up--the rest was history.. He loved this and asked a few days later when i would be making it again. I dont think he has ever asked me to make something twice before. It was a HUGE compliment. If you love shrimp - even if you DONT love shrimp - you've gotta try this one.

OH SO GOOD! The apples i used were already really sweet, so i slightly decreased the amount of sugar. Turned out awesome - i definitely recommend :)

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

After only one bite, this was already getting rave reviews. I used white wine vinegar instead of the cider vinegar because i didnt have any on hand. But it still turned out AWESOME and this recipe will be used again in the very near future.

Banana Pancakes I

A very yummy twist to pancakes :) I added chocolate chips - it didnt make the pancakes very pretty, but it improved the taste. I liked it :)

Banana Muffins II

OH. MY. GOSH. The best banana muffin recipe-in my opinion- EVER CREATED! I have made this recipe countless times and only tweak it to add some chocolate chips and i bake them in the mini muffin tins (its the perfect size for a quick snack). Everyone who has them says they are delicious! BEWARE: they are addicting and you may have one..or two.. or three.. more than originally planned. But well worth it :)
