Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat
This meat is excellent and it freezes very well. Followed recipe except for a couple of changes. Reduced tabasco to 1/3rd cup and canned jalapenos to 4 oz. Did not brown. Cjooked for 5 hrs. on high, then shredded and put back in the sauce for 1 hr. on low to soak up more flavor. It came out perfect. The first night we make tortas with beans and the meat. The secone night we made tacos with cilantro, onion, tomatoes and lettuce. Everyone raved about them.

Easy Cheesy Potatoes
I was very pleased with this recipe, even though I changed some things and messed up on some things. The potatoes were delish. This is what I did wrong. I put the pots into 3 different packages, whick changed the cooking time. One package came out peerfectly, the other two were a little burnt, but still delish. I added onion and garlic powder which added greatly to the flavor. Also, I believe that I sliced the pots a little too thin. All in all very good recipe. Thanx Pat.

Julia's Easy Slow Cooker Chicken
I fixed this meal for the first time this afternoon for my family. We were all very impressed. It was delicious. I made a few modifications baecause of other reviews. I used skinless, boneless, thighs. I added pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the chicken before putting in the crock. I also used 1/2 cans of water instead of the can of milk, and pot 6 meduim potatoes. Also cooked it on high for 4 hrs. Next time I will put 10 thighs since there were very little left overs. Thanx for the post
