Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
Great basic recipe. Definitely could double the spices, though - mine came out a little bland.

Easy Four Cheese Lasagna
Delicious! This was my first time making lasagna from scratch, and it turned out well. Easy to follow recipe and nice results.

Swiss Vegetable Medley
It was okay. Definitely needed more salt and cheese, as well as longer cooking time than stated. It was a little watery and bland.
