Oregon Salmon Patties
I had attempted and failed making salmon patties in the past; they always came out too bland. Three additional, simple ingredients solved the problem: mustard, onion & parsley. The coating IN the cracker crumbs made them crunchier too. Really easy, really tasty, really quick & a nice change of pace.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
Really, really good. Really, really easy. Tender. Salty & just a little Beer-bitter (which is a good thing). The au jus from this recipe was so simple & tasty. I didn't omit or add one ingredient. I didn't fiddle with the cook time. It was excellent and I will make it again.

Easiest BBQ Pork Chops
I followed this recipe to the exact instruction; I did not add, omit or tweak one thing... Why I am dissatisfied is because by using my slow cooker, it tasted exactly like a pork roast to me & my family. We all had been smelling & therefore thinking about pork chops for 6 hours only to dish them up... And taste pork roast. From now on I will make my pork chops how I have made them in the past, pan fried or baked and save my slowc ooker for actual roasts.
