Oregon Salmon Patties
I had attempted and failed making salmon patties in the past; they always came out too bland. Three additional, simple ingredients solved the problem: mustard, onion & parsley. The coating IN the cracker crumbs made them crunchier too.
Really easy, really tasty, really quick & a nice change of pace.
