First and most important I am a Christian, who loves Jesus! I am a horsewoman, avid reader, dog lover, great thrift shopper and love Tequilla on ice with lime occasionally. I create published historical geneology and photo books for clients. I am learning to be a marksman too. Yeast breads, quiche, chocolate desserts, my mother-in-laws "Lush" dessert and cooking with my son, Nathan. Clam chowder on Christmas eve, eating only strawberry shortcake for supper, my Mom's recipe for Southern biscuits and opening a special bottle of expensive wine on any Holiday. Catching my oven on fire, when I was at 18 years old, while making Sticky Buns for my new husband. My mother-in-law didn't mention she saw that the fire department had visited my home, after reading about the event in the local newspaper, until 20 years later. Great women! Trying to fix my mother's favorite birthday cake, when she was very sick with cancer and having it "fall". She was such a great lady, she ate it anyway with her usual big smile!
