I just wanted to let everyone know that there is a special knack to making this candy. I myself cannot make it. I've burn many batches. Now my husbands Aunt follows this recipe and makes the BEST seafoam. So I'm thinking its a candy not everone can master. Oh well.....I'll try try and try again. But this recipe does work...just not for me. :)

I like to mess with the flavors according to the time of the year. During Christmas I like to do a Chocolate and Peppermint mix. Valentine's Day I like to do a Chocolate and Strawberry. You get the idea. Just use what flavoring you like for the "White" side of it or do a vanilla and an orange.....that is a orange cream twist. oh lala.......Great recipe. Thanks

great simple recipe. my kids loved them. I left the recipe the way it is for my kiddo's. but jazzed it up a bit for me. I used half hamburger and half sausage, added some fine diced onion and then mixed the breadcrumbs and egg. yummy. but either way. the recipe is very good and easy! Thanks a bunch
