Broiled Scallops

Delicious. I used large sea scallops, and added a sprinkle of Old Bay. Broiled for 4 minutes, turned, and cooked for an additional 3 minutes. I also broiled 26-30 count shrimp on the same sheet, and they tasted great too.

Very good. Used boneless, skinless chicken breasts. To thicken sauce, I added a corn starch/water mixture directly into the baking dish a few minutes before serving.

Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake

Followed the recipe exactly and everyone loved this cake. I have no idea why it was baked on aluminum foil, though, because flipping the cake caused the topping to be on the bottom.
