Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting
this was awesome. I used it as a filling for a two tier fondant cake. I did use 1/2 butter(no salt) and 1/2 crisco. I added 1/2 cup cocoa powder to make this a chocolate butter cream did have to add about an extra 1/4 cup of cream to make up for adding the cocoa. Also forgot to add the salt per recipe. It was soooo good. Tasted like a mouse but sturdier. I finished the cake and my husband cleaned the bowl of frosting with a spoon.

Clark's Quiche
Very good. I did sautee, the mushrooms, onions and meat mixture in the bacon grease instead of olive oil. Mainly because it was there. I didn't have parmesan cheese so I did a colby, Jack and cheddar mix. Used about 2 cups frozen broccoli florets microwaved it for 3 minutes and then chopped super fine. I will make this again the only thing I might do different is mix everything instead of layering just to see if the cheese spreads out a little more. Awesome...kids and hubby liked it a lot

Glo's Sausage Fried Rice
My Kids really liked this. I used boil in a bag rice so that I could rinse it in cold water to make the rice cold quicker. I also left out the sprouts(Kids don't like)I did use other suggestion and added broccoli florets(thawed)I used a big wok and put the cabbage in the sausage grease and added some oil. at the end I made a well in the wok and put in 4 beaten eggs and let it cook for a minute and then mixed the egg in. My kids liked it and they won't usually eat cabbage.
