Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I used reduced fat parmesan, light mayo, and Brummel and Brown for the butter and only 1 T lemon juice. I didn't have any celery salt, increased the black pepper to probably 1 t, and used 1/4 t seasoned salt. After I sprinkled the herbs on the fish, I sprayed each fillet with cooking spray. Broiled for 4 minutes and didn't flip it. Added the coating on top of each fillet (I had 3 fillets, but there was enough coating for at least 4 more) and broiled on second rack from the top for 2 minutes on high. The fish was perfectly moist. The flavor was great. I will use this many more times and will try it on other white fish fillets!

Layered Hazelnut Cheesecake
This cheesecake was wonderful!!! Make sure you wait until the next day to eat it, or it won't have the perfect cheesecake density. Thank you for this great recipe!

French Breakfast Puffs
My two little kids and I really liked these. The only change I made was to use pumpkin pie spice in the muffin (which tastes similar to a doughnut!!) and a little with the cinnamon sugar blend. We also tried the puffs without anything on the outside and still thought they were good. Next time I will try them without the cinnamon/sugar and will instead put a powdered sugar glaze on top. I will definitely make these again!
