Pumpkin Cookies IV
These were good. I wouldnt call them cookies. They were very cake like. They were like little pumpkin cakes. My GF dd loved them and even my non GF kids ate them up. Thanks!!

Easy Vegan Peanut Butter Fudge
Awesome and so easy! It just cant get any easier. I reduced the sugar and margarine as well.

Baked Sweet Potatoes with Ginger and Honey
I liked this a lot! I also cut back on the ginger and may even more next time. YUM!!
