This is the most awesomest banana muffin recipe ever. I've made it at least a dozen times now, with excellent results every. single. time. To illustrate how good these are, let me just say that I buy extra bananas *just* to make these muffins. My guys like their bananas on the underripe side, so when they start to brown, they won't eat them. I let those "chosen" bananas sit and develop the sugars until they are worthy of this recipe. The only change I've made is to substitute sour cream for the yogurt. But that's only because the first time I made it I didn't have enough yogurt and they came out amazing; don't fix what ain't broke.

So so so so good. I was worried about the cayenne plus the host sauce, but the spice level was just right for everyone. I did add a can of chicken broth based on the earelier reviews, but I don't think I needed all of it. I will for sure make this again.
