Candied Chicken Breasts
I LOVE THIS RECEIPE... The next time that I make it I am going to pound the chicken before I get it ready to fry to make it a little more tender when it is all said and done... otherwise this is a great receipe!!!

Artichoke Spinach Dip
From my Husbands mouth ... THIS DIP IS BETTER THAN THE RESTAURANT DIP!!! He loves this stuff ... he has even made it once and he added extra artichokes and it was amazing ... very very good recipe!!!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
This receipe was fantastic!!! I did change the fresh spinach leaves to canned and I used mozerella cheese instead of the pepperjack cheese ... but I think that it would have been good either way!!!
