Thanksgiving Meatloaf
I, as the other have, tweaked the recipe. I made a small stuffing from scratch and mixed it with turkey. In my stuffing, I used .5 lb of sausage. It gave it great flavor. The meatloaf was pretty good (with gravy on it) but I think the real treat will be sandwiches with cranberry sauce tomorrow. Mmmm, the moist maker!

Amy's Mexican Soup
I loosely made this tonight. I used ground beef instead of chicken, since I had it on hand. I used up some fresh and, on it's last leg, zucchini and corn. I added a bit of verde salsa for extra flavor and let it cook for over 2 hours without a top to reduce down a bit and concentrate the flavor. To serve, we squeezed a bit of fresh lime into it and added cheese and sour cream. YUM!

Allie's Delicious Baked Dumplings
I tried it with the chopped apples and the cinnamon was SO strong. It was almost unedible. I will try this style again but with caramels.
