These were sooo good! I doubled the recipe and that made 6 burgers. Followed the recipe, except added a few more crackers since it was a little too wet. Held together beautifully! Also fried them in olive oil. Make sure not to over brown. My 12 year old would have never touched them if he knew they had butter beans in them so I didn't tell him and he loved them! This is a keeper!
