these were good. i can understand what the other reviewer means when she said they turned greenish. i had to wait a little longer to make the potatoes because i was also making my dogs their supper simultaneously, so they turned a dark pink, and when they cooked, they turned greenish. still good though. Just make sure you make them right a way.

Honeyed Pork Chops

loved this recipe! i was skeptical but it tasted fantastic. I am going to thicken up the sauce next time. I used inth thick chops which explains the extra juice.

Philly Steak Sandwich

This is wonderful!! I did add a little more salt, pepper and garlic powder. I added a bunch more onion too (gots to have lots of it!). I read some where that the bread makes all the difference, so I tried the Kings Hawaiian sandwich rolls and they worked great! This recipe is a must!

Tangy Pork Chops with Vegetables
