these were good. i can understand what the other reviewer means when she said they turned greenish. i had to wait a little longer to make the potatoes because i was also making my dogs their supper simultaneously, so they turned a dark pink, and when they cooked, they turned greenish. still good though. Just make sure you make them right a way.
