Chicken Monterey
I also halved the amount of chicken, but used the full sauce amount. Also, I steamed about a cup of broccoli florets and stirred them in after removing chicken from oven. Served with white rice - really good!

Jewish Coffee Cake
This is the best recipe yet! I am making it again for a school fundraiser/bake sale. It is moist, delicious, and absolutely perfect. I even served it as a dessert the second day after baking it. Wonderful!

Bar-B-Q Baked Beans
I made this for my son's school open house barbeque/picnic. There were lots of bean dishes there, but mine didn't look as pretty or as appetizing as most of the others. Taste-wise it was OK, but that's it. I won't make it again.
