Pizzelles II

I've made pizzelles for about 30 years now (Mom always made them for Christmas). Since I hate anise, she always added vanilla butternut flavoring and I still do to this day. I think it tastes great! Something different to try if you don't like anise and vanilla isn't quite enough flavor. Also, my iron must be super hot as mine cook in 10 seconds. Any longer and they burn. All irons are different, so experiment.

Angel Chicken Pasta

A great chicken recipe! The sauce is wonderful! I will use this sauce in other recipes because it is so good! Definitely a keeper. I made only 3 chicken breasts but still used the whole sauce recipe since we like to smother our chicken. I would probably make more sauce than called for if making all 7 chicken breasts. Thanks for a great new recipe!

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

I smelled this as it was cooking and thought, great, another boring chicken recipe. Then I tasted it. Wow! This is definitely a keeper! I took some advice and added onions, broth and roasted red peppers. Delicious! This is one recipe I will add to my recipe collection. I would, however, make more of that yummy sauce because my dad loves sauce with chicken. I served this with rosemary potatoes and cole slaw. Excellent dinner! Thanks for a great recipe, finally!
