Country White Bread
This recipe is wonderful! The bread was so easy to make. It went together in under 10 minutes in my mixer. I am very impressed with the results and will use this recipe again and again. I am happy to have a good sandwich bread for my daughter that will last a couple weeks.

Beer Battered Onion Rings
This recipe was very easy and came out great with some modifications. I fried in about an inch of oil. I used more beer than the recipe called for. I also used more spices. I would use this recipe again and continue to modify to get the right taste. I also used vidalia onions which are great as onion rings.

Carrot Patties
I thought these were good. I did add more garlic and one small minced onion. I used 2 eggs instead of 4. These were a hit with my family.
