Real Potato Leek Soup
I boiled peeled and cubed yukon gold potatoes in the chicken broth enhanced with garlic instead of using smaller potatoes and extra steps. The soup made a very filling meal.

Rhubarb Stir Cake
I love rhubarb and thought this recipe was great. It was really moist and the brown sugar added a nice flavor.

Banana Crumb Muffins
Awesome! I followed the recipe and just added a teaspoon of vanilla to the batter, but I tend to add that to most sweets. I used butter like the original recipe. They were nice and fluffy and the topping is great too.
