Summer Chicken Burgers
We used the George Foreman, pounded down the chicken, and put in for 5 minutes. Then followed the rest of the recipe exactly and LOVED it! Tasted better than one you would get in a restaurant!

Fruit Dip II
This dip is amazing! I threw in some cool whip and a little almond extract (a little goes a long way so be careful!) and it was a huge hit!

Mini Cheesecakes I
Wow, these are great! They really exceeded my expectations of such an easy recipe. I made the recipe with the mini wafers on the bottom and they turned out great. Instead of a fruit topping, I made "Fruit Dip II" which is incredible and put it on top. They were a hit!
