My cooking tragedies
A recipe for Tater Tot Hotdish from my former boyfriend's Minnesota Mother. I put it together exactly as told to me. Including not browning the ground beef before hand. She assumed I knew to brown it. She assumed wrong. It was a VERY rare Tater Tot Hotdish.

Pan-Poached Alaskan Salmon Piccata
I added some sliced spring onions and it was just so tasty! Paired it with couscous. Yummee!

Bangers and Mash
I didn't have beef bangers but I had pork ones instead. I made my own mashed potatoes as well. I also don't buy gravy packets so I made one up and hoped for the best. I used Chicken broth base and flour and boy, oh boy did the finished product turn out great. YUMMMEEE!!!
