Chicken with Prosciutto Spinach Cream Sauce
I have made this several times and it is wonderful. We normally use half and half in place of the heavy cream (because it is what we have on hand.) It is worth it!

Pork Chops with Apple Curry Sauce
We all loved this recipe - I used water instead of apple juice (I was out) and it was still fabulous. Thanks for the recipe!
