I love food and I love to cook although I wish I had more time to devote to doing it. I love to make italian sauces and casserole type foods. I like to bake bread and I love anything with an even blend of meat and vegetables, I love comfort food. I like Easter probably the best because I love ham. I have mastered chili con carne. I tried to get my recipe on recipes.com but I guess there were too many chili recipes. Spanokopitas and Pasticchio with Bechamel sauce - I love Greek food. I have learned some new Mexican tricks too. Once I burned the garlie when making italian sauce and that totally ruined it. Another time I put too much garlic in a soup that i was making and I "garlicked myself", I got so sick from it for about 3 days and I could not get the taste out of my mouth, it was terrible - I've since learned how to work with garlic very well ;)
