Creolized Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Great Recipe. I buy chorizo and fry it up like you would ground beef. I'm not a fan of blue cheese but it goes so well with spicy flavors and the smell is divine.

Aussie Chicken
This was okay, I didn't think that the ingredients really went well together. Also I omitted the corn syrup but still found it much too sweet. I probably won't make it again but it was nice to try something new and different.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This was a great winter warm up. I seared my chicken breasts with paprika before putting them in the slow cooker and used 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom. Like other readers have mentioned the biscuits do need longer than the 30 minutes. I did mine for an hour and they were great!
