Pan-Fried Asparagus
My husband started eating out of the pan-I tried too. The asparagus was almost gone before dinner was served. My only change was adding parmesan cheese at the end. YUM! YUM!

Baked Zucchini Chips
I followed suggestions and added garlic powder and sprayed both sides with cooking spray. Excellent.

Garlic Red Potatoes
Awesome recipe. Had to cook longer 15 minutes or have also finished in the microwave for 3-5 minutes.
