White Chili I
I've been making this for several years now. I use cooked and chopped or shredded chicken and usually add 4 cans of beans (slightly drained). If I can make it a day ahead, I do, but it is still good the day of. Served with cornbread, this is truly a quick and delicious meal.

Scrumptious Beef and Potato Casserole
I have made this several times and it is always a hit with the family. I use ground meat and omit the cereal topping. I also cook the sliced potatoes a little bit in the microwave to cut down on cooking time. This is great comfort food.
