Great bread but couldn't give it 5 stars due to a few changes I made. I used the dough setting on my bread maker but opted to bake it instead (350 for about 30 minutes). Along with the rosemary, I added about a tablespoon of garlic powder, also eyeballing a little milk when I noticed the dough seemed dry while it was mixing. In addition, I also added shredded mozerella cheese along with the cheddar cheese. Turned out very yummy! Thanks for the recipe!

Made this and it really hit the spot, not to mention that this is probably one of the easiest meals I've made. Thanks for sharing the recipe, definitely a keeper! :)

A big,sugary, gross,non-firming hot mess. I even cut the the sugar in half and it was still overwhelming. Tried a version of fudge with condensed milk and turned out perfect. Would not recommend unless you like ultra sweet syrupy fudge.

Fab, fab, fab!!!!! Decided to perform a little experiment with this recipe and a recipe that called for the typical marshmallow cream. This by far beat that recipe. The other recipe was very soft and sticky, and overbearingly sweet. This one had the perfect consistency that you expect of smooth and creamy fudge. Not overly sweet either. The best part was that it took 1/2 the time to make compared to the other recipe, and had better results. I used Ghirardelli chocolate and the only change a made was adding a 1/2 C of hazelnuts. Beats out some of the fanciest Chocolater fudge that I have had. Planning on making another batch tomorrow!

OMG! This is one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten,and definitely a easy quick meal to make. The total time was about an hour including making my sauce from scratch. The only change I made(due to being short on parm cheese) was add about a 1/4 of shredded mexican cheese, and about a tsp of garlic powder. Other than that, left everything the same. This is a good basic recipe which can be expanded on to suit your taste. I added about a cup of milk because the mixture seemed a little dry. Next time I may add more. I also used a mexican cheese blend.... added a couple tbs. of garlic powder,eyeballed the adding of dijon mustard, worchester sauce, cajun seasoning, and white pepper to taste. I also used crushed ritz crackers w/o the butter. My BF who was tramautized by his childhood mac and cheese, was hesitant at first, but really enjoyed it after trying it. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Really really good recipe! I didn't have bread flour or bread machine yeast so used regular white flour with a packet of dry yeast. I do agree that the dough was a bit sticky, so I added about 1/2 cup of flour which seemed to do the trick. I've made these 3 times so far, the first time the basic recipe, and the other time I experimented without the egg wash and different savory herbs. Tonight I added 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 minced shallot, and about a 1/2 tb of thyme and it was AWESOME! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, it's definitely my new staple baguette recipe!

deliciouso! I used the recipe and added a little more red pepper, black pepper, andminced and added the stems of the mushrooms to the filling. I topped it off with smoked gouda, and baked it like another poster suggested. WONDERFUL! Actually will be making it again this evening and will experiment with another cheese (cheddar perhaps? :)

I used a 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes instead of the cup and added additonal garlic powder. Excellent dish everyone loved it. I also plan on experimenting next time I make this by adding italian sausage. Thanks for the great recipe!

I followed the recipe and ended up having to puree the entire thing because it didn't look that appetizing at all. I definitely suggest pureeing with about a tablespoon of salt.

I made this bread yesterday. the consistancy of the bread was great, tasted good with butter. The only change I would make is adding more salt.

I will have to agree with some of the other people, they were really dry. Maybe because I used an indoor grill. The flavor was a bit bland too, even with the onion and garlic. Don't know if i would make this again.

I made this recipe last night for a friend. We both loved it. Instead of just putting the sauce over my pasta, I everything in a big bowl and mixed it all together.

Excellent dish...... I had a little get together and made this. Everyone loved it, it was also very easy to make.
