Fudge
First time didn't line baking tray with foil only greased and it all stuck. Second time I lined with aluminium foil and then greased turn out great! I also left in to set in the fridge overnight Took this for work chrsitmas party and got rave reviews, I even got asked for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken
We thought this recipe was great! My husband wants it again I halved the ingredients and converted them to Australian quanities. I used a bottle of Homebrand (woolies) BBQ Sauce 500/600ml. I didn't add much Capsicum either And I only used 3 Chicken Breasts

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes
Very nice! Not very fluffy so next time I won't add the water at all.
